Important:	All transfers must be identified with the name of the registered person adding 'EAAP 2009 registration'. Bank or euro checks are not accepted. All payments must be made in Euros (€).

Cancellations Policy

The organization must be notified in writing of the cancellation of your participatiion in the conference.
1. A charge of 10% of the registration fee will be made for cancellations notified before May 1 2009.
2. A charge of 50% of the registration fee will be made for cancellations notified between May 2 and August 1 inclusive.
3. No refund of registration fees already paid will be made for cancellations notified later than August 2.
It is permitted to assign the right of participation to another representative. In this case, the orgaization must be notified of this change as soon as possible.
The organization reserves the right to modify the requirements or characteristics of the conference, visits of accompanying persons or social acts, including the cancellation of any act due to Force Majeure events.

Notice: The exchange rate applicable for payments or refunds is the exchange rate in force at the time of executing the transaction. The organization will not be held responsible for any differences, additional rates or charges made by your bank or financial charges incurred in using your card.
